stopping window from turning into a dock

[xbible_yosef]

is it possible to make the window when dragged not turn into a dock?

its just that I need to get the UI of my product consistent and for it to morph into a big wide bar I can see my users freaking out and it could a support nightmare.

I really like Launchbar Commander and almost got tuned to how I need it

I have sent you a version to test.
