when (if) you find such a product, you will very often
be disappointed with the (extreme) lack of relevance.

When I shop and compare software and hardware I use:
http://pcworld.pricegrabber.com/

I have never found a replacement desktop application for Copernic Shopper that wasn't considered malware of some sort.

And if you manage to find an installer for the old Copernic Shopper application, the first thing it will do when it runs is update its search engines, which will result in a single entry whenever you search for a price or review, telling you it's no longer supported and then it refers you to the Pricegrabber site, as a replacement for their software.

Running to try

I think is limited. Is not general. I don't see the desktop application for windows 7

Pricegrabber? I don't remember seeing a desktop application for that, for any version of Windows.

Or did you go find an installer for Copernic Shopper? I hope you didn't waste time doing that. As I said, it doesn't work any more.

Well, this isn't exactly the thread for discussing that, since it's not a desktop shopping compare tool, but if you'd like to discuss my ToDo List with me, you could start a new thread, PM me, or contact me here and I'll be happy to discuss those issues.

ToDo List is perfect.
The lacking issue is referred to the desktop shopping compare tool.

Thank you...glad you like it and find it useful.

Most definitely!

I think is a black hand and a black mind to make difficult to compare.

What is the software more near to this purpose then ?

Best regards

I don't know, which is why I am following this thread, too. I am also interested in finding the same.

I guess we will both have to wait and see if anybody knows of such a tool that is not malware.
