How to run programs in DesktopCoral

Just downloaded DesktopCoral and need a little help getting things set up. I was wondering if there is a blow by blow instructions on how to get say...Calendar to run in the area set apart? Sorry if I sound like I am clueless.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :D
