[IDEA] update links

[kalos]

hello!

I have an idea for a webmaster software, that I personally dont need, but maybe someone would implement and make some money selling it

it would search the net for the webmaster's website links and then notify him or automatically update them, when they change, so there will be no 404 errors

thanks!
