Rightnote discount sale 50% off @ BitsDuJour 26-27 November

[RaelB]

Hi there,

I am pleased to announce our upcoming sale for RightNote on BitsDuJour, this Monday 26 November 2012 at 50% off the usual price. [The discount has been extented for another day]

RightNote is a tree-based note organizer and information manager that can help you "get a grip on information overload" and helps you deal with large amounts of information more efficiently.

Some recent features of interest include auto-tagging of notes via folder notes, a folder tree to give you a high level view of notes in large trees, and Evernote integration which allows you to sync selected notes with the Evernote cloud and thereby access them from any mobile device, desktop or browser.

More information is available on the BitsduJour page:

Deal extended by another day, 27th Nov., about 11 hours left at time of posting.

Oh yes, thank you.

Bought it yesterday, and very pleased to find that it clips from Opera; also like the Evernote linking. Haven't properly explored it yet, but think I will probably use it extensively. Doesn't replace TreeDBNotes, which I prefer for writing, or Ultra Recall, better for email etc, or Evernote, better for stuff that doesn't need to be organised & web availability, but it looks as if it might be my be my main app for info heavy uses.

Interesting that I trialled it quite a while ago without finding a compelling reason to continue using it.

Dormouse, thanks for mentioning that RightNote works with Opera.  That's almost enough to push me into buying it.  I'm hesitant, since I already have a competing program that I like, but how silly of me: I see you've got three others.

Lol, glad there's a bit of space left for RightNote...

Still using RightNote.  This is the longest I've gone committed to a notetaking program.  It's the best.

@Dormouse:
I'd be interested to hear more detailed comments on why you prefer your different apps for different things, perhaps in the General brainstorming for Note-taking software thread?

OK. Will do. How could I possibly withstand a direct invitation to contribute to the Opus?
