Circle Dock Online Help has stopped working...

Win 7 x64, i7 620M, 4GB RAM, 177GB available hard drive space

I installed the 64-bit Circle Dock but am having trouble:  The program runs and I can add icons and run them from CD, however, when I click on Help I receive the error message that online help has stopped working and Windows unsuccessfully checks "for a solution to the problem."  I have set the Compatibility Mode to Run as Administrator (and I'm an admin on this machine anyway).  Dock Settings appear to work, although I need the Help System to keep from posting endless newbie questions here. :-D

Any ideas on how to resolve the Online Help issue?

We are aware of the problem, as I am going through the same thing....Along with many others.
This is no fault in anything you have done  
Markham is looking into it as we speak, since he doesn't sleep when he should be.
I am sure there will be a fix soon, so keep an eye on us
