Width Value Resets If below 14

[liveforthemusic2]

I have it docked on the left and would like the Dock Width value set to something very small like 2 or 4. The program will accept any Dock Width for the duration of the session, but if the value is anything lower than 14, it gets reset to 14 the next time the program is launched.

i should be able to fix this.
