Suggestion: Disable FARR when another software is running in the foreground

[Tuxman]

I just thought it would be nice to be able to define a few apps that "disable" FARR while they are running, like a game that uses keys associated with FARR or something. As it does not seem that there is an option to do that, I post it as a suggestion here.

it seems like this was requested again lately, and so it's probably time to add it to my todo list.
