Hi,
I once came across this software (unsure if it was at donationcoder) which would remember the size and position of a given program.
So for example, I could specify a region on the screen for Notepad, as well as its window size and every time I would start notepad, it would open up in that specified region with that particular window size. So basically it would allow a grid-like allocation of space to programs.

Does anyone know what that program is, or any program that does the same?
Thanks.

Skrommel's WinWarden or ZoneSize, perhaps?

The king of this category is ActualTools: http://www.actualtools.com, I suppose.
