'VideoCacheView' from Nirsoft?
The easy path is usually downhill...

Sorry, should have mentioned that I have tried VideoCacheView but it did not work for me. It only displayed an index.swf file. I also tried vlc and getasfstream but did not get a result. Maybe you know how to get a download link for the videos?

Ok. I managed to download the videos with a script. Thanks Shades for posting.

Though you've already found a way to capture the video, I might mention one that worked recently for me: the free version of CamStudio worked very well.

A couple of multimedia freeware download tools I've seen recommended on other sites are TubeMaster++ and Bywifi Video Downloader . But I honestly don't download many videos with my cruddy internet connection. :-[
