He says it's already on his list of things to do
Hi Curt, Thank you for your reply.
>QuoteWow, I am so impressed with your Everything! Next step surely must be to integrate with (replace) Explorer\'s search box just the same way the fine SearchGT does. This is my number one feature request, please!
This is on my "Things to do" list
>QuoteNumber two [feature request] must be for you to set up a donate button, even though experience tells that very few will use it.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will help with the development of "Everything". I am only giving out my donation information for those that ask: [hint] [link]: [attachimg=#] [/hint]
Kind regards, David Carpenter

)! Thanks for the PayPal link - I didn't get that "bit" in the note I received from David. I like Everything a lot! Right off to make a donation

Does "external file managers" include everyone's Explorer?
Edited: -and if so; HowTo ??
, but opening files and folders in Windows Explorer is the default behavior of Everything.

Just create an alias with Everything's command line.Code^ev(.*) Everything Search $$1 | C:\program files\everything\Everything.exe -search $$1
^ev(.*)
Everything Search $$1 | C:\program files\everything\Everything.exe -search "$$1"

A small modification to make multiple search phrases carry over from the FARR input box to Everything:Code^ev(.*) Everything Search $$1 | C:\program files\everything\Everything.exe -search "$$1"

improved searching performance by upto 30%So...now it only takes 0.00003 seconds to search?
I usually end up closing or ending processes for both. Wish they had a way to regulate their indexing. Is this something Process Tamer can handle?
