I am using nothing but Halite now.  I used it to grab the 1968 Romero classic, "Night Of The Living Dead", which is now public domain.  Fast and simple!  Best yet.

Congrats! :)

I almost exclusively use rtorrent now, and utorrent for lighter needs when I need to grab something quickly, from windows - but it's nice that there's alternatives :)

Nice to see recognition for the best µTorrent alternative :-)

Perhaps, but I've got a linux server running 24/7... and it draws considerately less power than my windows workstation :)

Halite looks very nice, haven't tried it yet though, but considering swapping µtorrent out in favor of it - I'm not all that happy about bittorrent inc buying µt and ludde not coding anymore, while I have a lot of faith in Eóin.

Thanks for all the kind words folks. It's scary to see the spike in traffic after getting a moment in the spot light like this: 20,000+ visits.
