Renegade Minds happily announces the release of Guitar & Drum Trainer v4 Open Beta 1. GDT lets musicians slow down music, pitch shift music, loop music segments, and even filter out instruments with a 62 band stereo EQ and an advanced karaoke mode to filter center or non-center panned audio.
New in GDT v4, advanced karaoke functions let musicians filter out center panned or non-center panned audio. Combined with a powerful 62 band stereo equalizer (31 bands for left and 31 bands for right), removing different frequencies from any audio file is possible. The best results come from adjusting only 1 of the left or right EQ.
CHANNEL MIXER & KARAOKE:
STEREO EQUALIZER:
Also new in GDT is an audio encoder to save slowed down music and pitch shifted music for later playback in other audio software or on hardware MP3 players. The default saves to the FLAC lossless audio format, but people can expand the functionality by copying LAME.exe to the GDT program files folder.
SPEED & PITCH ENCODER:
New added beat detection can also be displayed on waveforms in GDT for help in setting loops, or simply for visual reference while playing along with music.
BEAT DETECTION:
Other improvements and enhancements to GDT are also in the new version.
Guitar & Drum Trainer v4 offers a free 15 day trial for musicians to evaluate, and can be downloaded here.
