shoutcast / icecast host recommendations

[justice]

Anyone got recommendations /experience for a shoutcast hosting? Prices seem to be rather steep, so perhaps it's a good role for a server you got lying around spare Can find plenty of opinions on website hosting but nothing on shoutcast / icecast.
