Hello everyone,
My name is LLC, I'm from Hong Kong. I apologize for not introducing myself before. I joined because i love this site and the DC folks.

I am trying to live for today and getting my things done. I really want to chat with people on DC, but I don't have time this year because I have many things need to do.

Nice to meet you all.

LLC

To conclude my introduction and as I promissed, I'm pleased to announce birth of our son Nathaniel today at 2:50 AM. Everything is okay, and he's absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks to all of you for congratulations, everything is fine here. Actually, my wife got a new laptop yesterday. It came with a congenital defect called Vista, but anyway it's terrific. So, I'm afraid you could see me soon lying like the boy on the picture...

I am 29 presently doing my Doctorate in Chemical Engineering.
I am simply crazy about Donationcoder and though I don't post often I enjoy all the work up here.
This is the view from my place(plz excuse the poor quality) at the first summer showers.

Welcome to the site callrecall911!
ps. all the chemical engineering people i know seem to have good personalities -- why is that!?

callrecall911 · « **Reply #362 on:** March 10, 2008, 07:05 PM »

Hehe

It all depends on the point of view, I guess

Illustrator (mostly digital) from Brazil here, coding-illiterate but properly software addicted. This web is a big place, but in my book donationcoder is one of the coolest destinations conceivable. Impossible to count the many treasures I found (and keep finding) through you guys.

Illustrations here, some photos here.

Long life to Windows 2000 SP4!

I only came across the thread lately (via the dc "History" thread)
ANNOUNCING - DonationCoder.com Logo Contest

I think he makes his first appearance halfway down page two, as said, courtesy of nudone

he's made some amazing wallpapers too -

Don't forget Cody has his own website (link removed), though he and Nick Pearson (nudone) are currently doing maintenance on it.

A reminder that DonationCoder has its own Frappr Map. If you haven't already, please go stick a pin in it.

Now that I know this place is here I'll put my bit in

I'm Graham Robinson and I'm from Southampton, UK. I work for the University of Southampton in the IT department and generally fix computers.

When I'm not fixing computers I'm doing some PHP programming and create and maintain a flash media server and corresponding player for the modern languages department to play back TV recorded through IPTV.

I'm learning C# and am not doing too well at it (getting slowly through the donationcoder assignments). My GF is a Java programmer by education and a PHP programmer by trade.

mouser · « **Reply #373 on:** March 24, 2008, 01:56 PM »

I forsee many years of fun C# vs. Java debates over the dinner table

Welcome to the site Graham
