Mirc Script Pack Updated with new script (JrHourlyMarker) - July 5, 2008

I've updated the mirc script pack to include another script, albeit a very minor one:

JrHourlyMarker - add an hourly timestamp message to your windows so you can estimate message times without enabling timestamps on every message.

Mirc Script Pack Updated with slightly newer version of JrHourlyMarker with improved timer that does not turn off when you are disconnected from server.
