Program that connects to the strongest available Wi-Fi Network

It would be nice if someone developed a program that scans for any available Wi-Fi Networks and connects to the strongest one that is available from the list of ones that the user connected to before/after using the program.

Or fix https://github.com/a...ectToBestWifiService so it can work on Windows 11.
