What is FARR's connection with Onedrive?

I've got Onedrive by default and sync it only with Documents.
Why FARR is messed up with this is beyond my understanding:

Must always exit FARR for Onedrive to finish its sync.

It looks like you're syncing that location with OneDrive- it's in your documents folder looking at the path.

How did it get there?
Does FARR install there by default?

Maybe i should try to re-install FARR and check if there's an option about that?

You can change where farr stores its files by editing the configdir.ini file.
Having said that, I'm not sure why FARR might be keeping that file open, so I will check into that.

It shouldn't be!
It would only do that if Windows tells it thats the location of your normal documents folder.
By default it will save its settings in the directory that WINDOWS believes is your normal My Documents folder.
Did your window settings somehow get changed to say your documents live under the onedrive folder i wonder?

I've disabled Onedrive (a pain in the *** compared to Dropbox).

Open powershell, and type the following command:

What does that return?

Is it possible something else in sync'ing your documents directory with onedrive directory?

I guess a better/related question is, is FARR saving to C:\Users\Padre\Documents\DonationCoder\FindAndRunRobot?  Does that folder exist and contain your farr config files?

I don't recall ever explicitly giving Onedrive permission to take over "My Documents".
As far as i know (think), Onedrive desktop syncs "documents" with Onedrive "documents" online.
Isn't that the way it should be?

That is the way that it should be.  I was asking you what was returned for the special documents folder as that's where mouser stores some info for FARR.  That's the reason that he's asking the question above- is that folder there?

Yes, FARR folder is in "documents" which i have "unsynced" from Onedrive and thus should no longer have that notification.

Just noticed that Windows 10 "My Documents" is now only "Documents".
Have to quit dabbing around with Linux and concentrate on Windows only.

Whether Onedrive starts up with or without FARR, still get a problematic sync message.
Yup, Onedrive tells me it can't sync FARR if it isn't set to sync in its folder options.
You can't win!
