The program produces a Table which lists files, shortcuts or directories, from which a selection can be made, name or path copied, or Properties inspected. The displayed folder can also be passed via command line.
A separate list of Sub-folders of the current folder can also be displayed and a selection made.
A Table Entry can be Run by a "Double-Click" on an entry, or selecting entry and pressing "Enter".
A home directory path is provided, and a menu of alternative paths can also be shown, where a path is passed using shortcuts.

A filter for file selection based on extension is also provided, and two sort modes are available.

Shortcuts to Tbl_Select.exe can also be created which pass a path and selected file-extensions if filtering is required. The files and folders in that path will be listed.

If a shortcut to the program is pinned to the taskbar, numerous shortcuts can be available without taking space from the taskbar or Desktop with numerous shortcuts.

Query:  "goes below my windows task bar because i have three heights bar"

I cant understand what is happening here??
Does it occur with other shortcuts pinned to the Taskbar?
Did you use the shortcut created on the desktop during "Install" process, or create your own shortcut?

My translation of this, especially after seeing his desktop in another thread, is that he's stretched his taskbar to be the height of 3 icons instead of one.  So if the app isn't on top of the task bar, and doesn't have space reserved for the new height of the taskbar, when dragged down, it would go behind.

Windows windows that are not maximized can be dragged/moved to be partially outside the visible part of the desktop, also at the side where the taskbar is. If the taskbar isn't set to auto-hide, then the window wil be behind the taskbar during the move across the taskbar.
Nothing new here, it has worked like that since Windows 95 (1995).

Latest updates of Table Select now uploaded to site http://twm.dcmembers.com/
These add functionality and extras. Can be downloaded directly by: http://twm.dcmembers.com/Tbl_Select.zip

Recent change as at April 2019; For program links, Drag & Drop has been added to preload program parameter, i.e. input path/file for program.

I'm not sure where you have uploaded files to...but it certainly isn't the address you have linked.  That URL doesn't exist at all on the DCMembers.com domain.  The only thing I can think of is that you have somehow managed to upload files to the now non-functional host...which makes no sense...but yeah.

I'd suggest contacting mouser in order to resolve the issue :)
