Here's a quick'n'dirty AutoHotkey script that does what you want.  Notes:

• No GUI.
• When you start the script, you have five seconds to focus the your target window.
• Instead of your multiplier suggestion, the following script simply adds or subtracts 500 milliseconds from the current delay.  Of course, you could change this to, say, 250, if you want more granularity.
• You can hover over the tray icon to see the current delay in milliseconds.
• Control+Escape will shut down the script.

Description
Simple web traffic generator useful for populating firewall logs, testing firewall policy, etc. I work as a senior systems engineer for Fortinet, a leading global cybersecurity company, and wrote this mainly for web traffic generation in lab and proof-of-concept scenarios. Another use is testing of Fortinet's FortiSASE product.


Features

• It also works on Linux (under WINE) with one caveat in that it doesn't save column widths. Workaround: Choose one of the auto-size column options from the View menu.
• URL lists are simple text files found in the {appdir}/lists folder. You can create and manage URL lists within the application or externally via your own text editor. Use the buttons on the main interface or right-click the URL list.
• Choose File > Generate sample URL list to get you started.
• On the main interface, you can tick the Repeat checkbox and the app will repeat the URL list until you stop it manually.
• Options are under View > Options:
• Follow redirects does what it says. Any 301/302 redirects will be followed.
• Verify HTTPS certificate works like a FortiGate's SSL certificate inspection feature. Can be useful when needed.
• Ensure tested row is visible will scroll the listview as it's going through URLs.
• Request timeout (secs): Timeout, in seconds, for each attempt at getting the URL. Since sSurfer is currently single-threaded, leave this number fairly low.
• Proxy is supported and I've tested it successfully with the FortiSASE SWG feature. Go to View > Options to set your credentials. You easily can toggle proxy on and off from the main interface with the F6 key.

100% agreed.

I am just aware about HotKeyList what is pretty useful to find out current used to know if your dream combination is free.

I use LOTS of NirSoft applications -- love love love them.

All said, IMO, if even the great Nir Sofer, author of all NirSoft apps, can't do it, it's pretty much not doable.  This is one of those hotkey-related applications that, if it _could_ be written, it _would_ have been written long ago.

While Trout does have some command-line argument capabilities, it isn't a command-line player.  Happy to write one for you, though.  Can you give me some more details about what you want, i.e.:

1. Do you want to pass the executable a folder and simply have it play a random audio file within that folder?
2. What kind of GUI, if any, did you have in mind?
3. Hotkeys to control things?

Description
Mycoff is a program that allows for an easy way to mute a microphone input with a global hotkey.  Plenty of programs exist that allow muting of playback interfaces -- speakers, headphones, etc -- but I couldn't find very many that allowed easy muting of a microphone input using a global hotkey.  This type of functionality is rather handy if you routinely use video chat apps such as Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.

I have been trying to find a small program to simply display just one image centre screen for x no of seconds - settable if possible even in an ini file or something. Just needs to enter 2 parameters: the time to display and the name of the graphic file. Range is somewhere like 5 - 20 secs secs and then terminate and that's it.

Within Trout is a hidden media browser that I never quite finished (hence why it's hidden).  Here's a screenshot with "Artist contains 'Elton John'" as a search:



Astute viewers will notice that it was a Shoutcast and Icecast browser as well.  At any rate, because it's within Trout, it supports the same audio and tag formats that Trout does:

• Supported audio formats (standard): AIFF, AIF, AIFC, MP1, MP2, MP3, OGA, OGG, WAV, MO3, XM, MOD, S3M, IT, & MTM.
• Supported audio formats (with plugins): FLAC, WMA, WMP, WMV, ASF, MID, MIDI, RMI, KAR, WV, WVC, AAC, MP4, M4A, M4B, M4P, APE, AC3, SPX, TTA, OFR, MPC, ALAC, & OPUS.
• Supported tag formats: ID3v1, ID3v2.2/3/4, OGG/FLAC Vorbis comments, WMA, APEv2, & MP4/ALAC/AAC.

Once it's loaded, searches are quick (note the status bar in the screenshot).  With a little work, and if I can find the time, this is most of the way to what you're requesting.

Been using Keepass for years, it syncs to iDrive Cloud Drive, (mainly as a backup but also so I have access to the database file via browser/app if needed), and via OneDrive sync plugin which the Android app uses as the database, (syncing any local changes back to it which then propagate to computers).

Keepass user for many years as well.  I also use a similar online setup to yours to gain access from my phone and to sync back changes.

Description
BMCs and the IPMI Protocol: Baseboard Management Controllers (BMCs) are a type of embedded computer used to provide out-of-band monitoring for desktops and servers. These products are sold under many brand names, including HP iLO, Dell DRAC, Sun ILOM, Fujitsu iRMC, IBM IMM, and Supermicro IPMI. Nearly all servers and workstations ship with or support some form of BMC.  Interface (IPMI) is a collection of specifications that define communication protocols for talking to these BMCs. This specification is managed by Intel and currently comes in two flavors, version 1.5 and version 2.0.

I run/manage/access many of these types of servers and, for years, have used the some form of the CLI program ipmitool.exe to monitor alarms, get data, and modify settings.  For DonationCoder's NANY 2023 promotion, I decided to start writing a simple GUI interface for the CLI ipmitool.exe.  Of course, there are existing GUI programs for this purpose, but this one is mine.  If you do not have access to a server/workstation with a BMC that uses the IPMI protocol, this program will be of no use to you.

• You can learn more about BMCs and the IPMI protocol here.
• This first release of IPMI Tool simply queries the sensors of the BMC, typically the temperatures, fan speeds, and voltage.  I plan to add more functionality to this program as I make time: event logs, network display and control, fan control, user control, and more.
• This first release stores passwords in plaintext in the hosts.ini file.  I will remedy this in a future release.  If you have concerns about this, please don't use the program.

I don't think cstatus is going to work for me.  I have many servers where PING is not enabled and have to use the telnet command to see if the port is open.

Checking ports has nothing to do with ping.  As Shades mentioned, in the cStatus program, choose Tools > IP Scanner from the menu and use that to check for open ports.  Check out the third screenshot on this page: https://www.hnsoft.p.../Screenshots_cstatus

Additionally, the de facto network scanning tool is nmap.  It's a commandline program that's available on just about any platform, but you can use the Zenmap GUI if a GUI suits you better.

Have you tried the native Google Calendar app and its reminder feature?  Bring up the calendar, press the + button and you should be presented with several options: Goal, Reminder, Task, and Event.



Choose Reminder, fill out the fields, and save it.

If you're using Windows 10 (or 11, I assume), you can use the built-in video editor app to do what you want.  If you can't figure it out, I can make a tutorial.
