Open Air File Watcher

Open Air File Watcher is a utility for performing automated (non-interactive, batch) actions on files.  It typically works by watching a folder for newly created files and then operating on those file.

 

A major unique feature of the program is that it is designed to robustly handle errors in processing files, and can continue where it left off and re-process files even after a computer crash.
