site for searching for geographical features?

Anyone know a good site for searching for geographical features?

For example
I'm looking for Sheen River (County Kerry, Ireland) -
I want to see it from source to end/whatever you call it! (mouth?)

GoogleMap isnt any help;
if I google it I get Sheen Falls Hotel etc etc etc etc etc ...

I havent tested it that much but it's fairly good on irish rivers at any rate
(doesnt show source [of the rivers] though -unfortunately- but at least I can find the damn things!)

second one is for middle east or "messopotamia" as the link says
