Mac Software Clones for Windows

well
you can install osx on intel cpus now, you know ;-)
one guy i know runs osx on his thinkpad

if you do that, you can run pretty much all mac stuff (intel version or universal binary)

I'd really like a windows/linux (preferably both! with data sharing!) version of the minimalist note-taking app, Notational Velocity.
