Add support for WEBP

[kakao69]

Hello,

Is it possible to add support for the WebP file format? I come across this format more readily on webpages over jpg and png.

It is available in static and animated form.

Some general links: https://developers.google.com/speed/webp

I'll look into it.

Any there any plans for updates in the future? Just wondering since it has been one whole year since the last update.
