Add Windows 10 programs (ex: Krita)

Hello,
As per subject, I am trying to add a link to Krita.
I have tried to point to a shortcut but that does not work (using: "Insert Node:/Add Child Command")
Is there a way ?

As a last resort you could try dragging the shortcut from the start menu into the launchbar commander menu, and saying to link to the shortcut.

Dragging the icon seems to work and the keyword "Link" appears close to my cursor; but when I release the mouse button, I do not see any new item inserted(I'm on the portable version).

After following the steps in the link 4wd gave and writing a few *.cmd files, making links to them and applying the corresponding icons I now have some UWPApps in my Startmenu, it works!
