Can a color be changed to transparent?

I do this a lot in PowerPoint when I paste images and need to overlap the corners or borders for whatever reason.  Is there a way in Screenshot Captor to select a color and make any area in the image that is that color transparent?

Great question, since it's a new pixelformat that needs to be implemented correct.  :Thmbsup:
