Strange Outlook Ribbon display

Hello!

I usually add another group of commands in the Home tab ribbon but this time it displays it as one button that I will need to click on in order to reveal the commands.

Can you tell me please how to fix this?

Not enough room on the ribbon maybe(?)  Try removing one or two of the groups that you never use.
