I knew some of the procedure already, but now I know how to pick up sushi properly. Eugene Ciurana also wrote a very extensive Sushi Eating Howto.

In my family I am always asked to make sushi; it is really not too difficult and it is a lot of fun! Fun to prepare und fun to eat. You should enjoy a good sushi meal every so often.

Yes, I am a big fan of Japanese (culinary) culture :D

Actually, seen that way, makes sushi sound a bit ridiculous.
I've never tried it, though. But i'd say it must be quite interesting.
