I haven't tried it yet but it looks good (and has a couple of good reviews on Snapfiles).

Worth checking out at http://www.hexagora.com/home.htm

Note there are two versions - a freeware version (1.9 updated 13th April) and a shareware version (which has a 30 day trial period).
