And for those that don't quite understand, your appreciation is mandatory. It is only by the grace of the BOFH that you have not been electrocuted, fallen several stories, been run over, poisoned, lost your job, been financially ruined, or ended up on a 10 most wanted list or terrorist watch list. Your gratitude for that is expected and demanded.
