animated/flash graphs

can you tell me please where to find or how to create animated/flash column graphs? that I will embed in a PowerPoint slide and the columns will rise

as the column of the graph will rise to reach the appropriate percentage (eg 49%, a number will change rapidly to count until the appropriate percentage

the columns would be best to be in illustrated blue 3D like this:

there have been some truly beautiful tools for making flash animations for charts.. i can't remember any particular ones now, but there are a few that really produce stunning results.  i'm sure someone will remember the names of them.

Swfchart is the one i know from a long time ago that produces some stunningly beautiful animations -- but that was several years ago, i don't know if they are still better than the rest.
