Can I ask if you can give us more details.
There are actually a number of "Elements" at work at any given time, so I guess I need to know what is not working and when or how???

Seems the program got few problems, I uninstalled it and reinstall. Now ots working fine and I am able to more the elements (in my case the icons) without any problems.
