It is UK based, but also includes all region discs from lots of different worldwide suppliers. Check out
www.happyhunter.co.ukNote they are paid by the stores to be included so some noteable stores are missing - but it does give an overview. I find
www.dvdpacific.com often has the best prices for Region 1 discs, they ship quickly if the items are in stock but can be a little slow if they are out of copies.
