exporting favorites, presets

Is there a way of exporting favorites and presets and preferences to another computer without also exporting the clipboard history?

presets and preferences: yes (just copy ini file(s)).
groups and favorites: no.

i really do need to add an xml import+export functionality so that people can easily migrate to other pcs or other programs.
