+1.  WinPatrol Plus is one of my favorites.  I bought it several years ago after it got rave reviews from the Neat Net Tricks Software Review Panel.  And 50% off is a terrific price!

I might also mention that it's been Bill P's policy that once you buy WinPatrol Plus, ALL updates/upgrades are free!
