Can you change the size of the actual image? not the size of the paper....but the image itself?

I would like to change the size of the image, so i can scale it down to only half of the business card...on the right side, obviously...i understand how to change the size of the actual card itself, but i wanted to change the size of the picture.

is this possible? or did i make any sense?

right now to my memory, the still image is shown same size as the normal images and can't be changed.
of course you could always print the cover pages manually.
