Not sure how to define this one but i just picked up the freeware version and i think it's a keeper.
Seeing that we're interested in small software programs i thought i'd share with you.

Cool little .NET app sorta like a swiss army knife with all those tools incorporated into one. You can change the color of the clock to suit your mood and/or wallpaper.
