Anyway to invoke a hidden window?

GTalk has a hidden window  ;D

Open googletalk.exe with ResHacker, goto dialog resource 140


Is there anyway to invoke the window through some WM message?

Or just reverse the file, see any hidden easter egg launch parameter?
