Assassin's Creed (PC version) contest
« on: April 07, 2008, 09:52 PM »
i just noticed this today which i guess will be useful for gaming folks from the UK and Ireland. it is a contest jointly organised by bit-tech.net and Ubisoft but hurry as the deadline is on April 9th. visit the web-site for more details. 8)

We've teamed up with Ubisoft to celebrate the release of the PC version Jade Raymond's epic adventure, we've got five prize sets to give away to our readers in the UK and Ireland (sorry to the rest of you!) before the official release on the 11th of April. Each winner will be bagging themselves a copy of Assassin's Creed on PC DVD, as well as an Assassin's Creed t-shirt, figurine, comic and a The Art of Assassin's Creed booklet. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is answer the question below!

Congrats, Ampa! i'm so glad that a fellow DC'er had won this much anticipated game. i do hope that you'll update us with a brief report on the gameplay and performance (as Lashiec noted). ;)

P.S. more on this game: Assassin's Creed - PC Port.

i have played the XBOX 360 version.
Enjoy this game. Is it wonderful. But do you have the appropriate hardware?

Best regards,

Floppy: Yes I have the hardware, though the requirements are quite ridiculous!

I've heard that the game is pretty unstable - and not just the pirated versions, mind you. So tell us whether it works smoothly or if there's issues with it :)

Don't worry - There will be a full report as soon as I have my hands on the game, in particular focussing on the number of hours that I waste when I should be working!
