So I never figured this out, does it do that by it self, or did you edit something that lets you run it over the 30-day trial?

FYI Version 3.0 is out a few days now.. Been using EditPlus since the v1.0 days.. great app..

Editplus just has a nagscreen. Like WinZip used to.

I'll have to get the upgrade. I've been waiting for it for a long time now.

So, Renegade, what do you feel Editplus has that Notepad++ doesn't?

Editplus used to be my main editor, but that's quite some years ago - iirc it either got replaced with Textpad or replaced Textpad, but then I moved on to Notepad++ some years ago, and haven't looked back since.

i'm using freeware PSPad but like f0dder, i'm curious about this app and may just test-drive a trial version. btw, you mentioned "like Winzip used to", don't they have nag-screens anymore? (haven't used WinZip since coughing up for WinRAR).

I use notepad++, and I most likely won't try editplus, because np++ works perfect for me.

I also don't use winzip or winrar, I use 7-zip.
