Improved URL button
« on: September 20, 2008, 07:30 PM »
I've made yet more changed to the URL button when posting:
Screenshot - 9_20_2008 , 7_29_06 PM_thumb.png

Now if you have selected some text before you hit the button, you are only asked for the url to link your text to.
If no text is selected, you will be asked for both url and label.

Ah this is just what I needed! Can I take the opportunity to request a  'hide topics' button on the "Show new replies to your posts" list? I posted in some topics that i'm no longer interested in in following.

The change confused me at first, as I am used to highlighting the URL and then clicking the button... the request again for a URL kind of had me puzzled.

Works better though, and now I can post text links like the people that can actually work with BBCode! :P
