First version of a custom made control to allow
the user to render the TaskBar transparent. 
Mousing over the TaskBar will render it opaque.

**To work correctly the TaskBar needs to be bottom.**

1. Activate the application, select the level of transparency.
2. Hit the "hide" button to send TBFader to the tray.
3. Right click will bring up the menu.
4. Show Panel opens the Trackbar window.
5. To quit the application use "quit" on the menu or close
on the trackbar window.

The application will not allow for anymore than one instance running.
