DOpus will do what Perry describes above as well... and I am pretty sure that V - The File Viewer will too...

I'm sure irfanview can load text files too because I've used it myself. But you might have to download the plugin pack

just tested AC Browser, it sucks realy bad

I used irfan viewer with all the plugins
as for the V-file viewer, does it really do what I say or I cant make it work?
what it does is to view the files inside a folder NOT to view the text of the files
