I found this cool app for Mac OS X and tried to code it in Autohotkey... Here is the link: http://home.online.no/~stoedle/YLS/YLS-products/ScreenSieve.html
It highlights the text you want in any active window as shown in the screen capturebelow:

It is a bit too advanced for me so I post the idea.
