It is very easy to have Explorer to open with several folders at once:

Start UP Group

To register a group as Start Up Group, click the menu item of Group Menu with Control + Shift keys down.-Quizo

I know this is an old thread but as I found the old Instant ThumbView Free Edition 1.0, I have decided to put its link here.

Nope - turns out the link is the same, Curt. You have to click on the Union Jack (British Flag) to get the page in English!
