Here's a very cool site that goes hand in hand with the GOE project.

Don’t make Goals!
Hopefully that got your attention. I know there aren’t many productivity sites out there that are telling you to stay away from goals, but Relentless Productivity thinks that goals are a faceless evil that are subverting our world and destroying our lives. Well, not exactly, but they aren’t a panacea, either.
