Set maximum zoom size.

i was wondering if there can be maximum zoom size, i.e. 400%, instead of the current 1000%. this is because sometimes i inadvertently use mouse scroll on the zoom bar & it blows up the image, conjuring not a pretty sight. ;)

i like 1000% zoom. it lets you see individ. pixels.

well, in that case.. how about options for setting the max & min zoom size? ;)

ok but let's revisit this after i address some of the more pressing issues - for now i need to keep my eye on some of the big requests.
