Done, also applied two tweaks:
- Prohibited moving of maximized windows
- Changed CTRL + left click to WIN + left click

I would love a solution where you can set the transparent moving as default, so you don't have to press a key for this effect.
A small option menu would be nice.
I would also like an "add to autostart"-option.
