New App - Floating Ruler - Feedback?

Ruler works great but the protractor and screen-cap features are excellent... IMO. :D

Occasionally i revisit some of my older posts to see if the links still work. This PicPick is still valid.. :) ...and it also reminded me to 'check for updates'.
I leave auto-update unchecked. It's annoying because it checks every time i startup.

This is new. There is no Custom Install any more and... it installed right over-top of the older version... no uninstall needed. ;D
There's a portable version as well... on the download page... as of this post.
