Define "the latest", isn't that 2.5? Which is released here. Whatever version you'll find, it'll be at least 9 years old. Could be fun to run on an old Windows tablet or something, but probably doesn't provide much value for everyday use. Unless you really want to flick those icons around all day :D

Okay, I've had my fill. LOL.

Hmm.. The TopicScape downloader doesn't seem to work. Oh well.
